Rental Rates*

Rental of The Cumberland House includes the 1870 historical house, the 40'x50' Garden Pavilion, the terraced lawns and the Woodland Room, unless otherwise specified. Wedding season is from April through mid-November.

saturday Wedding or event -$3500

(Includes use of the entire venue all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 11 a.m.)

Rent The Cumberland House and property for your wedding, reception or event on Saturday....and at no extra charge we give you exclusive access to the venue all day Friday, Saturday and until Sunday at 11 a.m.  Lots of time to decorate, accept deliveries, conduct the rehearsal - even have the rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids' luncheon, etc. We extend your time until Sunday at 11 a.m. so that you don't feel pushed to have everything out by the end of the night....when you and your guests would rather be enjoying this special time.  Rental also includes tables and chairs to seat up to 150.

 And, you have probably heard about (or seen) the  incredible photos that have been taken in the all-white Stardust Room and in the gardens.  We want you to be able to have your bridal portrait here if you would like...So we are adding - at no additional charge - The Cumberland House and property for a two-hour photo session, available by appointment after you have reserved your date.
